Compras Peru adjusts to the following procedures for shipments and
returns of products:
- The maximum weight for each order is 20 Kg including tare (70 g.) Orders over 20 Kg. should be placed simultaneously, in units of less than 20 kg. Or, please contact us to establish an alternative method of shipment.
- National and International shipping is using courier express EMS International and/or the regular post from the Peruvian Post (Serpost del Peru). Customers should select the type of shipment. Liability for delivery dates is the sole responsibility of the courier, Serpost del Peru and your local courier. Delivery is about Six (6) working days for EMS International Express Courier and 20 / 30 through regular post.
- Customers can review their orders online with the login and password that
system assigned them.
- All products are packaged with quality standards here at our facility.
Your parcel is subject to customs inspections at your port of entry and
Compras Peru can not be held responsible for damaged articles or
seizures by your country officials
- Customs declaration and all the documents related to the shipping are included. However it is possible that some countries require additional information from the client or tax payments at customs in order to clear the shipment. In these cases it is the customer's full responsibility to provide any documentation or payment at customs. In all cases, shipping costs are not refundable.
- If the shipment is refused or ignored by the customer, the courier will make contact again within the next 5 days in order to arrange another delivery date. Failing this, the order will be returned to our shop. Should the client require the order again, the customer should pay for all further costs incurred.
- Customers are responsible to inquire about prohibited products on their
countries. If order is rejected on custom because the product ordered has
rectrictions, Compras Peru not refund order amount.
- If the product should be delivered to the client with any imperfection or the delivery order does not match the original order Compras Peru will pay shipments and will return the right products
without cost for customer.
- The customer is able to exchange the products for others of the same or higher value from our virtual shop only if the product has not been opened or altered. US$ 25 for operation and costs will be charged.
- Application forms for exchanging products must be sent within the 48 hours after receipt of the order.
- For your security, you always must open the package with carrier presence
and writting all mistakes that you find it.
- Forms. The data facilitated by customer on different forms installed in our website will not be the object of processing of any type, except that which is essential to guarantee the correct operation of the service. Therefore, this data will be used exclusively for identification and storage of the particular machine from where the request of our service has been made. Once this has been verified the information will be destroyed.
The customer can make a subscription in order to have automatic access to future purchases.
- Stats. Compras Peru records the access data on every web page and the logs server. This data is for internal management in order to determine the statistical impact of search engines. The IP address, operating system and other data are not linked to any personal data
- Data cession. No data will be give to third parties, including companies or partners that could be affiliated with our company in the future.
- SPAM. Spam or mail unsolicited from CocaTea.com is prohibited. If a customer receives Spam purporting to be from CocaTea.com, they must contact us urgently at , and we will investigate the incident. Compras Peru will not send any publicity to the customer. The customer will receive from us the information related to his order, change on prices or change on sales conditions. Normally this information will be sent digitally signed.
- PGP. Compras Peru has the capability to send and receive PGP signed and encrypted mails. At the customer's request, all mail will be sent with PGP.
